Return Process

  Ensure the part is in its original condition, has not been tampered with, and still displays the CarBreakers.ie security markings or identification tags.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number and part details to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible, ensuring it is protected against damage during transit, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the returned part, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement within 3-5 business days.
